Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the case of:

  • Damaged or leaking products
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Quality concerns verified by our team

2. Reporting Timeline

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video or clear images as proof.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Since these are consumable food and wellness products, items once opened or used cannot be returned.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when replacement is not possible or in rare cases of prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch.

5. Return Pickup

If approved, pickup will be arranged through our courier partner. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
