Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. During festivals or high-demand periods, dispatch may take an additional 1–2 days.
2. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on the location. Metro cities may receive orders earlier.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery pincode and order value. FREE SHIPPING is provided over a certain amount.
4. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link/ID will be shared via WhatsApp/SMS/email.
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
If the customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address, or is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may return the parcel. Re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged / Leaking Product on Delivery
If the order is delivered in a damaged condition, please share an unboxing video or images within 24 hours of delivery for replacement support.
